We may also request or obtain personal information about you and your interests through surveys, contest/sweepstakes entry forms, our mobile applications, social media platforms, or in other ways.   • Account Registration: If you are a member of TIME TO TRAIN and establish an account on our website we will collect your username and email address, as well as any other information you provide in connection with your account and account preferences, such as a profile picture and your preferred nickname. If you have established an account, you may log in to it in order to review and update your information and preferences.
  • Demographic and Fitness Information: We will collect certain demographic information, including your age, date of birth, and gender identity when you register with us. In addition, if you become an TTT member we may collect certain personal data that you provide during the course of your membership regarding your fitness and health, including height, weight, measurements, body fat, performance metrics, current and past injuries and surgeries, nutritional information, and fitness goals.
  • Transaction Information: When you purchase goods or services from us, we collect certain personal information related to those purchases, such as your credit/debit card information, billing address, the goods and services purchased, and other related transaction information.


All information that is automatically collected when you use our website and includes as IP addresses (a number that can be used to identify your location and Internet Service Provider), the type of browser or device you are using, the URL from which you came, visited and spent to our website. We combine this information with other information we collect about you as well as use this information to identify you across your multiple devices.

Whenever you interact with our Applications, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, 'cookie' information, and the page you requested. 'Cookies' are identifiers we transfer to your computer or mobile device that allow us to recognize your browser or mobile device and tell us how and when pages in our Web App are visited and by how many people. We and/or our third-party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences.  
  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.             
  • Fulfill and manage your orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.           
  • To post testimonials and feedback. We post testimonials on our Services that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. Also we may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services
